Tyler is, in all respects, the best desk clerk/manager I have come across in years of travel and countless stays at hotels. His attention to customer service was outstanding, because of my disability, retrieving my bag from my car and carrying it to my room. The desk clerk the morning of my check out was equally outstanding in her customer service moving my bag and I to the airline desk via wheelchair with no hesitation. My compliments to both and the person who trained them!
