The bed was to high for disabled person to climb on and shower to high to step over. Was informed on website restaurant on site but that was not true. Sheets and towels changed every three days. Gross.

My family stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Bluefield. Perfect price and location for us. The accommodations were satisfactory. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly especially Justin. We will return.

When I checked was greated by front desk clerk wearing a tee shirt and messy hair. Room had a very stinky smell. I went to Walmart to by air spray to get ride of smell. Tub kept backing up when taking a shower. I was standing in five inches of water. Ceiling looked like it had major water damage and was patched up by a kid. More than one spot. The walls looks dingy and dirty so did the carpet. The pool needed to be clean the water was so foggy couldn't see the bottom. I will never stay here again.

A credit card is required at check-in in an effort to preserve our 100 percent smoke free environment. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your card if you smoke in the rooms.
