Rooms were not cleaned once while we were here and we weren't in our rooms all day. Hotel feels understaffed and front staff doesn't seem to want to get up and help, unless asked. Rooms are dated, but okay. I travel for work and would say I typically have better experiences and even at similar levels of hotels.

Overall we had a great experience at Homewood Suites. The front desk staff was very welcoming and nice. We lost power a few times but the staff tried to still make check in easy. The outdoor space is awesome and our kids loved swimming in the pool and playing basketball. The room has a musty smell and she shower was dirty with a lot of hair. Other than that, the stay was great. We would absolutely stay again.

From the day we checked in this hotel has been one huge disappointment. We couldn't check in until after 4pm because they were supposedly cleaning our room still. We get to our room and it's filthy. I brought my own Clorox wipes and cleaned everything including the bathtub tried to clean the floor with them as well because it was so sticky. We couldn't even walk on them without making noise and our shoes sticking. The blankets on our bed were visibly had black stained marks all over. The couches smell and are dirty. I waited for my day for housekeeping, which is every other day and I specifically ask that they changed the linens on our beds because they were dirty when we got here when we came back to our room and they never changed the linens. The other bed was still completely unmade with all the dirty linens Floors are still dirty never vacuumed.

I thought Homewood Suites was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It had a nice outside area for the family and teams, including pool, basketball court, covered BBQ area, etc. Breakfast was okay. Nice evening snack/drink bar. Had a great dining area and an area for the kids to play games inside.

Cleaning Policies
We are cleaning our public areas more frequent now. Certain areas are being cleaned every hour with hospital grate cleaner such as elevator buttons, public restrooms and door handles going into the courtyard. We are also cleaning the gym equipment after every guest with hospital grade cleaner. The keys are being sanitizer with hospital grade cleaner before being recycled. We are encouraging guest to join our Hilton Honors program to use our digital key to unlock there room doors. The front desk has a glass between the front desk agent and the guest to ensure safety of everyone. These are all the things that are currently being done. Hilton is working with Lysol to do a Clean Stay program which will be released in June 2020.
