Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful. At check in the clerk went out to my car in bitterly cold weather to retrieve my luggage because I could not get the trunk open. At departure the manager brought my car to the front door, again in bitter cold. The ADA room was perfectly set up.

We had a nice time and clean rooms. Our dogs travel with us and are welcomed. When we left we forgot our pillows and they are keeping them until we return! Happy to do that.

Thank you for considering the AmericInn Hotel and Suites Rochester Airport. We are located 8 miles from the city center of Rochester. Our hotel offers Free parking, free WIFI, Free Breakfast, shuttle to Mayo Clinic, pool, and whirlpool. Our guestrooms include two different room types; Standard king or double queen rooms with microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker and our King or double Queen suites includes same amenities as or standard rooms and adds a sofa sleeper with living area, small dining table for two, Jacuzzi tub. Los Arcos is located steps from the hotel and is open for Lunch and dinner. The rates quoted are valid for our standard king or double queen guestroom.
