There was a literal used douche in the bag with the hotel hairdryer. Could not be more repulsive. I reported it to staff and management during my stay, they agreed that it was disgusting, but did nothing to correct the situation. Will absolutely never stay at this brand again.

"Poor Hygiene"

Good evening. Upon check in, I requested housekeeping for Saturday. I was here for a funeral and thought a freshened room would be nice to return to. That did not happen. When I grabbed the hair dryer bag tonight, a used douche container and applicator fell out of the dryer bag. When I called the front desk, the gal who answered the phone agreed that it was totally gross. She didn't offer to bring a sanitized dryer for me to use. I used my hand sanitizer to clean the dryer as I still needed to use one. My review is poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, apathy for a guest's health and welfare and failure to accommodate a guest's request.
