The staff made this hotel! From the front desk to the maids to the breakfast attendant, they were amazing and all deserve a raise and more appreciation! I would stay here again purely for the customer service!

We stayed because we were in town for a family wedding in Syracuse, NY. The hotel property was centrally located for all of the various locations we had to be and was attractive and well maintained. Our rooms were clean and well presented, all features fully functioned, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked wonderfully. The food at the complimentary breakfast was tasty, the coffee was good and the cafe area was clean. Each employee we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. We fully recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in NY visiting family.
