The Newly Renovated Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites – New Tampa I-75 Bruce B Downs. This hotel is the #1 Holiday Inn property in Tampa for guest satisfaction surveys for the past two years. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in "New Tampa" offers the latest hotel style and amenities. Located in the pristine "New Tampa" section of Tampa, it is easy to find off I-75 at exit 270.
