My son has autism and he had a kind of meltdown trying to park in the garage. The woman who talked with him and with me on the microphone was kind and understanding when I mentioned autism. My son immediately calmed down and then parked successfully. I don't know if you train your staff to deal with people with disabilities explicitly or if you just hire kind people but in either case, you do a good job. Thank you!
