Pleasing decor and friendly and attentive staff. Some could use more training regarding the offered amenities. Major disappointment with no coffeemaker in room and $25 charge to rent a Keurig.

I came to the Springs for a visit and this hotel was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Nice restaurants around and fun area. Close to everything in the greater Denver area. A+.
