This is our hotel of choice when we are in Charlotte. The suites are well appointed, spacious and clean. The staff is very professional. There is also plenty of parking. There are many excellent restaurants close by. I'll be back in December for our annual friends and family shopping trip!

Utilizing our Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection Program, our team is following proper sanitizing and disinfecting protocol regularly throughout the day in all public areas and following proper protocol when cleaning our guest suites. We are using a hospital grade sanitizer/disinfectant provided by Ecolab that kills many viruses, including corona, within 45 seconds. Our public restrooms also have built-in hand-sanitizer dispensers located on the door handles. We also have free standing, touch-free sanitizer dispensers throughout the hotel for the greater protection of our guests. Our front desk has protective shields and our agents are wearing masks, along with having daily temperature checks, to further ensure the safety of all. In addition, we encourage guests that are Hilton Honors members to use digital check-in for a contactless check-in experience. Social Distance practices are followed for meeting and banquet space.
