The whole establishment was so clean, updated and the rooms and beds were super nice and comfy. Breakfast bar was great! Every staff member we encountered was super friendly. We felt like family. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Knoxville. This place should be an example on how to provide a clean and nice place for traveling guests.
