The gentleman at the front desk allocated a lovely room for which we didn't have to go far. I wish I had the gentleman's name. I am very grateful to him. We were visiting Melbourne for the Australian Open tennis and it was our last day.

A great experience. Good pool, fabulous customer service and restaurant food. Rooms are neat and clean. I had a spa room and it was awesome 😎 it was quiet, slept well. Conference facilities really good!
