The Lind Boracay is the flagship property under Scottland Leisure Inc.'s The Lind Hotels. It is located on a beachfront property in the most premier section of Station 1, White Beach, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. Its 119 well-designed and tastefully-appointed rooms and suites are some of the most spacious on the island, ranging from 44.7 sqm. to 227 sqm. There are eight room categories, namely: Garden, Garden Premier, Sea, Beach, Garden with Pool, Sea Premier, Sea with Pool and the Presidential Suite. Every room has a balcony that gives guests an opportunity to enjoy the fantastic views of the lush surroundings or the sea. In addition, 14 specialty suites include private pools, perfect for those who desire an intimate tropical getaway. In-house guests and walk-in visitors can choose from three dining options, namely, Tartine, the all-day restaurant, Crust, a beach bar and restaurant and finally, +36, the lobby-level lounge. The Lind Boracay Ballroom, spanning a total of 28m by 16m, is the highest ballroom on the island and also has the best vantage point overlooking the beach because of its floor to ceiling windows. It can comfortably seat 280 banquet guests and can also be subdivided into three smaller rooms for different simultaneous events. Likewise, the ballroom has an al-fresco deck that can also be used for other events. Perhaps the signature feature of the property are the swimming pools, foremost of which is the infinity pool that overlooks the sea at three levels above the shore. Other amenities include a fitness gym, Kids' Club which has activities for children of various ages, two smaller multi-function rooms and finally, The Spa Wellness Boracay that provides distinctive spa services unique to The Lind. It aims to become a revolutionary icon of Philippine-borne lifestyle hotels and to be an arbiter of luxurious resort living by creatively providing guests extraordinary experiences with a touch of Philippine hospitality. The Lind Ballroom

Whether for corporate or socials, the Lind Ballroom is the preferred indoor venue in Boracay Island. It is the only ballroom in the island situated in an elevated vantage point so guests are treated to panoramic views of the ocean and the world-famous White Beach. The pillar-less ballroom is flexible to different set-ups and can be further divided into three almost similar portions.
