I've reserved rooms at this hotel several times over many years as I viewed it as a convenience prior to cruising. Until this stay, I never had a bad experience. The management was apparently not available and the staff at the front desk cared less about my problem or helping me in any way. I will never stay here again!

We were unable to seat on couch b/c it was filthy. The carpeting in the hallways were puckering making it difficult to roll your luggage and to walk on it.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the cruise port and Bayside Marketplace is across the street which is awesome! This is our second time staying here and definitely would stay again. Also there is a McDonalds one block away.
