We were missing a trash can and a light bulb. The A/C was leaking water on the carpet. Pool was closed. Dead bugs in the corner of our room.

The customer service was excellent and the employees, including the house cleaners worked hard and long hours. They don't have enough help. No deep cleaning and it was gross to say the least. We only stayed one night and lost out of a refund because we booked through a third party. But I couldn't stay another night.

Our 1st room we had to leave because the toilet literally fell off the bolts. 2nd room not much better but definitely filthy. They refused to give us any kind of credit! Plus $147 for filth! I recommend steering clear of this hotel in Wheat Ridge, CO.
