Kyle at front desk was very short and rude. We booked two rooms for one night stay—he refused to give me a paper receipt when requested. Other staff witnessed his attitude—June 9, 2024; rooms #308 and #310 the front desk had $5 8 oz cup of coffee that was horrible; we always stay at Holiday Inn facilities but NEVER this one again Get rid of Kyle and he's bad for your PR.
