The Sonesta is two properties under one roof Sonesta Gwinnett Place and Sonesta ES Suites. The hotel has 18 meeting rooms and can accommodate weddings up to 500. Full catering available. This hotel is unique in the area as the only full service property. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, two restaurants with lounge, free parking, ample bus parking, local shuttle, free wifi, laundry facilities, fitness center. The Sonesta has everything your group needs!

Very disappointed with our stay. When we checked in, the hostess seemed irritated. If you're going to be in hospitality/customer service you should be prepared to greet people with a smile. The lobby looks nice but has some pretty banged up furniture. Rooms are also outside, curtains had stains, hallway carpet didn't looked vacuumed, bathroom was missing towels and it took us several calls to get from the front desk. It took several calls before front desk answered. The pool looked dirty with leaves, gym equipment is old, rusty and broken. I won't be staying again. Not what it looked like in their website at all. Disappointed.
