Great manager, Viviana was excellent, friendly, caring and present. Staff is well trained, receptive, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, quiet (even though the freeway was 50 yards away)shower excellent, TVs worked wonderfully, I never heard a door slam on the floor, housekeeping staff was accommodating and sweet. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fruit, juice, yogurt, eggs, coffee, soft drinks, pastry bar and an a made to order omelet station! All tasty and excellent. The wait staff cleaned tables immediately and were very friendly. When called, a maintenance came soon with a fix for the revolving toilet paper holder. Linens were clean and full, not thin. Bath towels were longer than normal : ) The room layout was perfect for those that are on different sleep/wake cycles. The bedroom was separate from the bath and entry area. Bravo! I would stay there again and will look favorably on another Embassy Suites in the future.
