My name is Roberta Schrauben conf.# 275684392 on July 10 to July 11 2024. First I was told you had a shuttle to the airport and when I got there you did not. Next I was told you had a restaurant and when we got there about 4:00 we were told you opened at 5:30. We came down stairs and then we were told they would open at 6:00. We came down again and then we were told no they were not going to open but would be open in the morning. So we had to go out and drive and fine a place to eat and wait an hour to get a table. We came down in the morning and again not open and they said they would not be open again. I had to get a ride to the airport and not eat till I got there. Your staff at the desk we fine and were only doing their job. Your rooms were clean. I paid but I am not happy with not having a Restaurant or Shuttle service.

Our freshly renovated, comfortable hotel ensures group guests an enjoyable stay. A great nights sleep in our rooms lets you wake refreshed for joining us in the Bistro for a delicious breakfast. Being centrally located to numerous venues, this allows close, easy access to every event. In your free time your group attendees can enjoy a dip in the pool or a cocktail outside on our secluded patio. Our meeting space is a the perfect size for a private gathering or a party with family and friends.This rate includes two queen bed guest rooms, or one king with a sofa sleeper. Wireless internet, indoor pool, and fitness center are available. The hotel is located at the intersection of Patterson and 28th Street.
