I was stranded at the airport due to weather delays/cancelations. I picked this hotel because the agent said that it had shuttle service except for one to three am. It turned out to be one to four am. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel took 35 minutes to appear and was run down. At the hotel the driver couldn't get the rear door opben to get at the luggage. To be safe we took an UBER.
