I was disappointed first with the property then I found out that I actually booked the room with booking.com which I didn't want to do but I was tricked into believing that I called the hotel since it was a 505 number. Half the stuff in the room didn't work but the hotel couldn't refund me anything since I was tricked into booking with a third party. I was very disappointed.

"Nice hotel near UNM Hospital"

I found the help to be very helpful and courteous. My room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed a total of five nights as I had to be close to a relative at the UNM Hospital which was a short drive. The free breakfast every morning was very nice. I have marked this hotel as the place to stay on my visits to Albuquerque. Thank you to the staff!
