Very helpful staff. And they do keep the room clean, as can be told from the smell of Lysol. However, the shower kept cycling between scalding and freezing, the faucet in the bathroom had a persistent leak and one of the outlets was so loose it wouldn't accommodate a plug. There is no climate control in the room at all, which was not a problem when we were there but I wonder how it would be on a really cold day. So, if you're desperate it's fair value for money. But if you can look around, suggest you do.
