Flint Michigan is currently under a state of renaissance. It is very exciting to see all the amazing art deco buildings being brought back to their original state of grandeur but with modern technology and convinces (Hotel/Restomods?). If you are a car enthusiast you will definitely enjoy the fact that Flint is very much leaning into its roots in this field with statues to the Automotive royalty etc.. It is a great time to visit Flint! I for one am thinking about investing in downtown Flint as well!
