Wedding and social event requirements:
1) Wedding and social events may be held in our Harborview banquet room between the hours of Noon and 4pm.
2) Pre meal reception may be held in lobby Bistro no earlier than a noon start time.
3) No bands or DJās will be allowed with the exception of an acoustic back ground type music unless approved prior by the General Manager.
4) For events requiring guest room accommodations the hotel will provide a special contracted rate and an agreed upon amount of rooms held at that rate. If the group needs any additional rooms then the rate will be renegotiated for those extra rooms and the rate is subject to change.
5) All guest who are consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age and provide ID, no exception will be made this is a Florida State Law. If a person under the age of 21 is caught consuming alcoholic beverages they will be asked to leave the event and the hotel.
6) No illegal drugs or weapons are permitted on hotel property. The hotel can and will contact local law enforcement if this should occur.
7) For any event the capacity is based on what is needed in the room. For example: Cake table, gift table, buffet, bar and any other items needed will take away some of the space so please keep in mind when planning your event.
8) Pool deck is open at all times to our hotel guest and cannot be closed for a private event, but a portion of the pool deck area may be used for receptions up 30 people.
9) We are a 100% smoke free hotel.
10) Payment in full for event is required 72 hours prior with the exception of any charges that are based on consumption and in that case a valid credit card will need to be provided as back up.
