No hot water, smelly hallway, room had falling carpet edges. Pool filthy dirty no hot tub water 1/4 full in hot tub. No breakfast. Was not offered to be moved to another room.

Property Description
Located in the heart of beautiful Northern Michigan, Best Western Alpine Lodge is the destination of choice for business and leasure travelers alike. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-75 Exit 282, and is within walking distance of downtown Gaylord, the Alpine Village, and within minutes of some of the Midwest's finest golf courses, ski hills, snowmobile trails and trout streams. The Alpine Lodge is also just under an hour drive from the Mackinac Bridge, which makes for easy day trips to many unique and exciting attractions.The Alpine Lodge has newly upgraded meeting space that will accommodate up to 200 persons. We serve delicious dinners nightly in our spacious dining room as well as a complimentary deluxe cold and hot continental breakfast each morning. We also have a cozy lounge where you can relax with your favorite beverage.
