This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The rooms are close to the beach with a wide shared deck with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas where you can watch the beach and the boardwalk where people walk or bike by but it is pretty quiet. On weekends there is a band shell with live music so weekend evenings are lively but nice. The rooms are lovely, large and clean. Really nice shower in the room. You park right in front of your room literally steps from the back door of your room and the front door is right out on the deck and the beach. The Italian restaurant next door The Boardwalk has great food really great and you can sit inside or outside. People are very nice. It is a Mom and Pop Motel that looks brand new, two stories only which is nice. Has a ramp for accessibility. Ben and Jerry's ice cream is nearby too with the best ice cream and little shops along the boardwalk. You can rent bikes if you want to. On the Atlantic Ocean. Love it!

All rooms have fully equipped kitchens, either with two double beds, or a King with a double bed, sitting/dining rooms, bathrooms with walk in shower, and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Large outdoor terrace for relaxation, with lounge chairs and tables for outdoor dining.
