Clean comfortable room, nice vibe and rooftop bar was a good place for a Drink. What makes this place average: no coffee in the rooms and they ran out in the lobby by 6:45am. No drinking water in the room. No gym. It's not a bad hotel at all and I do like the area that it's in. It's just the little things they don't provide that make a stay memorable.

As far as I am concerned, the Hotel Genevieve is the only place to stay in Louisville! Valet parking makes your arrival easy. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and are happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. The Bar on the rooftop has a beautiful veiw and a visit to the speakeasy the Lucky Penny is must. You honestly can't go wrong at the Hotel Genevieve. I am already planning my next stay there!

Fabulous customer service which is hard to find nowdays. Everyone was so helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful, engaging, interesting and aethetically pleasing.

Hotel Genevieve is my new favorite! The hotel is eclectic and chic. The staff is super friendly and prompt. The roof top bar is beautiful, cocktails excellent and unique and the bartenders are super friendly, engaging and educational. The spectacular view of the city is the best in town. The specially designed robes are beautiful and I loved them so that I bought one.
