The customer service was above and beyond! I needed some unconventional items (packing tape) and they were able to get it to me super fast to fix some medical equipment. Leonel at the bell desk was absolutely above and beyond! First time staying with Hilton and I'll pay the higher price to have the amazing customer service from now on!
