The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and did some sightseeing. That night we walked to our event. Just a great location. Customer service was at a ten.

The amenities have been drastically reduced, e.g., only one trash can, no flyers in the room to point our local restaurants, things to do, no plastic cups in the bathroom, no pen and pad, only one bar of soap, no throw away shower cap and lastly, on our last night in the restaurant there was no soup, no coffee and the appetizer was served in the metal baking tray with paper liner (unlike the previous nights). However, the staff was very pleasant, helpful, professional and courteous.
