The hotel was fine. The check in staff were rather rude. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. I was happy that there was a restaurant in the hotel, but we still had to wait to be seated eventhough it was late. Once seated, we did receive our food quickly. We appreciated having the shuttle to the airport terminals very early in the morning. Both the hotel and restaurant are overpriced.

Generally unclean and shabby hotel despite excessively expensive room. Will never stay in this hotel again. Hyatt is right on the water.
