I Loved our experience here. We stayed for two days and We were part of a wedding block for Heather and Daniel and the staff was just phenomenal. I worked and managed in customer service for over 12 years and when there is exceptional service I believe in recognizing it. In especially Angel (front desk) and Jamie(housekeeping) and two of the breakfast staff that I didn't catch their names were absolutely Excellent. So friendly, accommodating and The breakfast staff even let us still grab breakfast a little late because my sister arrived from church late and Angel is so patient and pleasant such a pleasure talk to. Jamie was just kind and careful to attention and all the rooms were spick and span. And just everyone from Ron In Maintenance to Bella were just so kind and hospitable. I'd we're In the area again this will definitely be our choice hotel. Also the pool and hot tub were so nice! I highly recommend!

Hampton Inn & Suites Mt Joy/Lancaster West is a beautiful, well-maintained, 85 room hotel that offers multiple room types including king studio suites with pullout sleeper sofas, double queens, single kings, and handicap accessible rooms. We are located right off Rt 283 with direct access to the major highways, and we are minutes from downtown Mt Joy. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Spooky Nook Indoor Sports Complex and we regularly host teams. We have a large indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center on sight. Directly out the front door in walking distance, the plaza has 3 full service restaurants and a few other options. We are right across from a Sheetz as well. Our rooms are clean and spacious, and our experienced staff is ready to serve you! Finally, we offer a FREE, hot, American buffet breakfast each morning with many options to choose from. You will not be disappointed when making us your home away from home! Book Now, Think Later!
