I arrived at approximately 6:00 pm and my room was not ready, although my check in time was 4:00 pm. I was given a $50 resort credit and I was to receive a phone call when my room was ready. I went back to the desk at 8:00 pm as I never received a phone call. I am not happy with this situation and feel like I should receive a partial refund for my inconvenience.
