We are taking care of all the spaces set up with the social distancing requirements from 1.5. to 2. mts we are serving events until 50 persons for now meanwhile the local government give us the authorized protocole, however we have our own procedures to take care of all the attendess, social events or corporate events until 50 persons are allowed in our hotel.
The food service is all personalized, buffets are not allowed and we serve all the food in tables, breaks are served individually or pack to go according to the meeting planner request.
Audivisual aid, also has new protocoles we suggest avoid to share microphones even if they are proctected with plastic wrap, we suggest the use of individual microphones and all the remotes for operate datashow, computers, equipment are desinfected before the event for you.
We also have a Bio Security leader, this person has the job to explain to all the attendes the new behavior rules for the hotel, we indicate to use the mask all the event, if they need to discard the mask they have to use the appropiate garbage indicated in red color, also this person ask to all the attendes to respect the social distancing in every moment.
Coffee and water stations are provided only with assitance of one of our team members, self service is not allowed.
