Clean hotel. Customer service was great also the housekeepers. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty, especially the gravy, and the cinnamon rolls were delicious! I'll be back.

The Holiday Inn Express is rated the #2 hotel in Sumter, SC. We take pride in keeping a clean facility, and providing excellent customer service to all of our guests. We have a phenomenal hot and cold breakfast every morning that is free to all guests, along with free WiFi service, and indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. Our hotel contains 3 floors, with a mixture of Standard King and Double Queen Bedrooms, King and Double Queen Suites, Handicap Accessible rooms, and Jacuzzi Suites with a King bed. Our hotel is within minutes of multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and other attractions in Sumter. Our Meeting Room fits up to 50 people comfortably, and can be set up to your liking. We have 6-foot tables, comfortable chairs, a podium, and Internet Access in the room. The Meeting Room can be set-up to your liking, and prices are negotiable.
