Excellent service, very clean and tidy the start were so accommodating. When we arrived, they had put us on the 4th floor coz I'm disabled the lady when out of her way to move us, so we got a room on ground floor which was so much better for us. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Manchester plus would definitely stay there again if needed to.
