Wonderful staff in a really upscale hotel! Enjoyed meeting family on rooftop bar and again the staff was amazing. Would definitely consider this again in future stays in Milwaukee ❤️.

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. Beautiful lobby with luxurious meeting spaces. Happy hour with wine and pizza. Free bike to borrow. Panorama roof top bar. impeccable onsite Italian restaurant with many other dining options in the same block. Bring your walking shoes because you don't want to miss the river walk and the stroll passed the public market, through east town and along the lakefront. It was a wonderful way to connect with friends and see the city. The service and staff were first class and fellow guests friendly. I'll be back.

As a new building in a historic district, Kimpton Journeyman Hotel respects the past while incorporating the best of the present. It all starts in the lobby, where big windows, a grand chandelier, thoughtful art, and a concrete stenciled floor welcome neighbors and travelers alike — with furniture grouped to facilitate everything from striking up a conversation over a glass of wine to settling in by the fireplace with a book. Rooms are eclectic yet familiar, with well-worn carpets that feel like an heirloom, footstools packed with helpful info inside, and a desk that's beautiful in its rough, hand-hewn form. There's so much to do here — like challenge a buddy to a game of giant Connect 4 at our rooftop restaurant and bar The Outsider, or pick up a picnic basket from on-site Mediterranean-inspired restaurant Tre Rivali — and even more to do right outside our front steps in the bustling Third Ward neighborhood.
