Very nice hotel. The staff was excellent! Gwen who works at the front desk was awesome! She addressed some of my questions and was very customer focused. She made my experience very nice. She should be commended for being customer focused. That's something special now days. Having an employee go above and beyond reflects your business in a very positive manner. I would definitely stay at the Hayward hotel in the future.
