We stayed at this hotel while visiting Buffalo from CA for a family wedding. The hotel is impeccably clean and has wonderful amenities, including the hot springs, a bar (1st floor and rooftop), a full size vanity in the bathroom, continental breakfast included, among others. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the overall design/decor of the hotel feels glamorous and opulent. The hotel is located short walking distance to several very good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
