The people here couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The little things that make a difference were all there. The sim plug worked, all the lights worked, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I wasn't expecting such a nice experience. If you're in Story City, IA thus a great choice.

After checking in, discovered bathroom was not cleaned. I tried calling the front desk, however the phone was not in working order. The closet door was hanging off the track. Someone came to clean the bathroom, but I wondered if the rest of the room had been cleaned?.

The staff was friendly and most helpful with supplying pool toys and recommendations for dinner. The pool area was clean and maintained. Rooms were clean. We ran the A/C while sleeping and it is very quiet. Breakfast was prepared earlier then 6:00am and that was greatly appreciated.
