Cindy was very helpful when I checked in. She helped me move my car into a handicap space and upgraded my room. I very much appreciated her help. She put me in a ground floor room so I did not have to deal with elevators with my scooter. She went above and beyond. You don't always find that at hotels. Will definitely stay again.

The Red Lion Hotel Columbia Center Kennewick is located in the heart of the Tri-Cities. We are located directly acorss the street from the Columbia Center Shopping Mall, Three Rivers Convention Center and the Toyota Center. All 162 of our guestrooms are non-smoking and have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and flat screen TV's. Free high speed wireless internet is available in all the guestrooms and meeting rooms. We have approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space that can break down into small meeting rooms for 10 people. We also have on-site catering and audio visual services. A full service restaurant and lounge are located on-site at Nomad Kitchen & Lounge, open daily at 4pm.
