The IBM Learning Center, (ILC) offers 15,000 plus Sq Ft of flexible meeting space; twelve (12) general session rooms and nineteen (19) breakout rooms, with many offering floor to ceiling windows. All classrooms offer rear screen or LED flat panel projection. Classroom technology is at your fingertips, centralized at a single podium. Our Herman Miller, Aeron chairs ensures all participants remain engaged throughout the day. All our meeting rooms provide tackable wall surfaces to meet all your work-related needs, including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the campus. The ILC Auditorium is one of our most prized assets. The auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art, cyclone core screen, digital audiovisual and wireless technology, lighting, and fixed seating with attached writing tablets that fold to the side when not in use. With seating for 204 participants, the auditorium is ADA, handicap accessible. The capacity of the Auditorium can be expanded with flexible seating to accommodate up to 275 people. Aspen Hall was built as an oasis away from the main conference center. Aspen features twenty two private guest rooms, two classrooms, eight breakout rooms, a fully functional kitchen, private dining room, two outdoor patios and recreation room. Each classroom offer rear screen projection, complimentary teleconferencing, wireless high speed Internet access and the support of our on-site Audio Visual team.
