The bathroom door was deteriorating on the lower portion of the door. It looked like someone had repaired or painted over it, but it was a very sloppy job. It actually looked like someone kicked the bottom part of the door; there were dents and marks all over the bottom portion of the door. Also, there wasn't a non slip mat in the bathtub. We could hear people walking back and forth in the room directly above us as well.
