My only complaint is a $15 charge for a buffet breakfast when the hotel gets a premium room rate. We don't eat enough breakfast to justify the cost. We really appreciate the breakfasts that are included with the room and include many varied choices from eggs and meat,to waffles, to various breads, juice, coffee, etc.

I asked for a quiet room and the clerk gave me a great room that looked out to some trees much appreciated! The room itself was clean and had everything I needed. However, the room smelled like cigarette smoke not recent, but from sometime in the past. I considered changing rooms and went down to the lobby counter twice, but the line was so long and there was only one person working. I gave up. It's summertime with a lot of people traveling. My only suggestion is to have more people working check in and to somehow make that quicker and more efficient. I've stayed at many other hotels this particular Radisson was lacking in this area. The airport shuttle in the morning was right on time and much appreciated.

The hotel and short term parking was great but the restaurant had only two people working so a very long wait to be seated and very long wait to get served.

We arrived on Jan 12 to try and avoid driving when snow and ice was predicted. We were greeted well and given great accommodations. We had dinner in the restaurant and had great service by the friendliest college kid. He gets best waiter award. The next morning our flight was canceled and we were rescheduled on a flight late afternoon. Once again, the staff was great at letting us stay until it was time to leave for the flight. And, once again we had great service in the restaurant. The staff is wonderful. We always stay here when we fly!
