Let me begin by saying that everyone treated us very well. I had a disabled travel companion and Larry the Bellman brought a luggage cart to our room, helped me load our things and escorted us to the parking garage where he helped me load my car. I was exhausted on this trip that included bringing my companion to Ohio from Austin Texas. Your hotel was our halfway stop both ways. It's hard to care for another person and their luggage so Larry was a lifesaver! We arrived so late Wednesday but the kitchen was still open and cooked us a wonderful meal. One of the staff brought it to us. We felt very pampered! I never slept better, the view was amazing and the amenities, especially the cookies, were wonderful. We loved having the bath products in the very beautiful bathrooms. We will be traveling again next year and we will definitely stay there again!
