Our checkin time was supposed to be 4pm so when we arrived at 550 and we were told our room (among many others) were not ready we were disappointed. We were told they were not sure how long it would Be, but if we were willing to take a single king instead of a double it may be quicker (15 20 min). We agreed to this. Over an hour later I went to check on the status to be told a single king was ready if we would take that. Upon entering the room we walked in to find not a single king, but a single full size bed. After a back and forth with the employee about the bed was in fact not a king size bed they moved our room. Our new room was a king size bed, but it seemed as if the air conditioning was not working, it was 80 degrees and extremely muggy in the room. Overall it's a cute hotel with a great location, but overall pretty run down and poorly run.

The beautiful completely renovated boutique Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown is located directly across from The Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and Progressive Field. The hotel features 143 well appointed guestrooms, including 4 spacious suites and up to 4 meeting rooms. The hotel has the new Headliners Bar + Eatery - full service restaurant and bar featuring American Cuisine and is open for breakfast and dinner. The hotel also has valet parking for $45 per day, fitness room, computer/printer in lobby and more. Largest banquet room is 1800 sq feet, which can do 75 banquet style or 55 people classroom. This beautiful semi-circular room has a skylight and high ceiling. The property features a courtyard located adjacent to the lobby that can be rented for private use as well.
