During my stay at the hotel, I experienced a broken bunk bed ladder, rude employees, broken electrical switches, bare wiring coming from the bottom of the A/C unit, live cockroaches and very dirty carpeting. I have photos of all things and would like to be contacted by the hotel management.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The front desk was professional and responsive when we had questions. The breakfast area was tidy and really well managed by a lady who had everything ready and the food was great too! The room and common areas were clean and the cleaning crew was courteous. The pool water was just right and towels were available. Parking lot was well lit. I have never stayed at a better hotel.
