Very nice hotel, great location close to the Cleveland Clinic where we needed to go. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and happy hour food choices were very delicious. They were very accommodating to our German Shepherd. Overall a great experience in Cleveland, Ohio.

The hotel is a refinished 1930 government building. It still has the marble floors, high ceilings and murals on the walls. They kept all the integrity while giving it all the modern updates. Rooms are large with large bathrooms as well. Free breakfast and dinner are made available to the guests. The pool was great for the kids.

We loved our stay! The hotel building itself is so neat; an old school administration building with high ceilings and marble floors. It is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Everyone we encountered, from the parking attendant to the front desk employees, were all very helpful, efficient and friendly. The rooms are huge, very clean and we thought the beds and furnishings were top notch. We enjoyed the free breakfast offerings and got a chance to use the pool and hot tub. We definitely know where we'll be staying if we ever return to the Cleveland area.

Completely renovated, the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown is the former Board of Education building. The 189-room hotel sits downtown and boasts more than 3,900 square feet of meeting space. The two-story lobby features two fully restored murals painted by Cora Holden in 1931. Drury Hotels began the restoration and preservation of the building in 2014, which is within walking distance of FirstEnergy Stadium (Cleveland Browns), Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Cleveland Indians' Progressive Field and the Quicken Loans Arena.

Yes! Pets are allowed.Cats and dogs are accepted at all Drury Hotels if state and local laws permit. Pets are not allowed in the public gathering areas of the hotel, including the breakfast area and pool. Pets are not to be left unattended for more than 30 minutes, and each guest must assume liability for damage of property or other guest complaints. There is a limit of two pets per room. Dogs, for persons with disabilities, are accepted and permitted access to any area frequented by their owners. No state or local laws concerning dogs apply to guide dogs. Guest will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter" at check in. Rooms with pets will be charged a daily cleaning fee of $40 per room plus tax. Service animals are welcome free of charge.
