I was loaded down with luggage and wondered how I would open the front door. Their doors swung open automatically! I was so pleased. Their lobby was warm and inviting, decorated tastefully for Christmas. Attention to detail. I could tell that the staff cares. Very cheerful front desk attendant. The facility but very, very clean. Fridge and microwave in room. Makes me trust the Best Western brand.
