Kids running in hall until 1230am and had to be up at 530, call d front desk at 1030. No help..had issues with the toilet in the second room I rented also.never cleaned and full ugh.

All great except, I went to Holiday Inn website to reserve specific hotel, Liverpool, for shuttle service and parking. Unbeknownst to be I was redirected to Expedia where I was charged more for the room than directly through hotel but mind you I called Holiday Inn or so I thought. So paid ovetfor the room through Expedia and then had to pay for long term parking. What a racket questioning whether I will stay in your hotel ever again.
