Upon arrival, I met Princess at the front desk. Princess was able to handle my colleagues and my requests. Gladys gave us a spot to keep our bags before we could check in and also after our check out. We were given directions and recommendations by several other front desk workers. To be honest, I joke around [a lot] and appreciate the staff's interactions with me, they were great while still being professional and courteous. I will be back next year.
